SharePoint Online Explorer View

Some users that made the switch to SharePoint Online may have noticed that they are unable to use Explorer View for their Document Libraries. Currently SharePoint Online Explorer View does not work with other web browsers except Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer, try reviewing the following Microsoft article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2629108
In some cases, the hotfix applied in the article will fix the problem. In my case, I needed to install the hotfix and add the SharePoint Online site to the trusted sites.
Obviously, all of this requires you to be logged in, and with the appropriate access. This should always be the first thing you check when issues arise.
